Was Mother Mazarello a seamstress?

Yep. She was. She had worked in the field with her family, until she contracted typhoid, while nursing her aunt and uncle who had the same. After she recovered (she almost died) she was never as strong. She became an apprentice to a seamstress because she figured that she could earn a living with that skill… and she did very well with it. She said, “Let us make every stitch and act of love”.

oh! Then I’ll stop praying to St. Ripper and will ask for Mother M’s help!

Maybe I need to pray to Mother M, too….I’m still working on a white blouse!!
